Information received
The public site does not require an account. Information is received when you choose to contact Support, while visits may generate limited device, usage, and diagnostic information.
Purpose and basis
Information is used to provide requested support, secure the site, meet legal obligations, and pursue the legitimate interest of understanding and improving performance. Consent is used where the law requires it.
Providers and transfers
Vercel hosts the site, PostHog provides analytics, and Intercom handles support conversations. These providers may process information internationally under their own contractual and legal safeguards. No account or application database flow is active today.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Proportionate safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive your information, and to withdraw consent. Browser settings can limit cookies; use Support for privacy requests or questions.
